CLASSIC CONTEMPORARY, LONDON SW 3
This beautiful home full of character was in much need of a loving upgrade which would have general appeal for the rental market and able to present well for years to come.
I found the magic in the flow over the four floors of the home, using a neutral grey tonal colour presentation which continues through all the newly designed and fitted joinery and down to the kitchen which occupies the entire ground floor of the house.
The black and white tiles in the entrance to the Living Room form a welcome rug inviting you to follow down the stairs where the tiles are repeated in the Guest cloakroom and the gorgeous conservatory leading off the kitchen area.
The successful upgrade and renovation took place over the Summer of 2022 and the neutral canvas allows the occupant to fill their home with all they love.

LONDON MEWS, SW11
A rental property lovingly decorated for a tenant using their existing furnishings and collections.
An interior full of of personality with an eclectic mix.
The property is nestled in a very special mews close to Battersea Park.
With the shell of the interior being white, it allows the the strong use of the blue colours used in the fabric and accessories to make a statement.
The property is always flooded with light and so much interest is created by visually taking in all the levels.
This property was decorated in 2017 but remains a personal favourite.
